Dr Michael Henry
Dr Michael Henry was the Program Director at Australian Frontier when it designed and hosted the first series of Future Directions conferences in the early 1980s.
Michael was involved in preparing for the conferences and managed the logistics and administration team. For the past decade he has been Managing Director of the Strategy Shop, assisting a wide variety of clients with facilitation services and strategic advice. Michael is a member of the Management Committee
and the Selection Committee for the 2006 Australian Future Directions Forum.
Mr Geoff Allen
Initially a Commonwealth Public Servant, Geoff Allen became senior advisor to the Minister for Labour, Treasurer and Leader of the Opposition. He taught for a number of years at the Melbourne Business School, where he is currently Adjunct Professor. Geoff was architect and foundation CEO of the Business Council of Australia before founding the Allen Consulting Group in 1988. He has chaired a number of government advisory councils and director of several companies.
Mr Robert Hadler
Robert is General Manager, Group Corporate Affairs, at National Australia Bank (NAB), Australia’s biggest financial services company with global operations in the UK, Asia, New Zealand and the United States.
Before NAB, Robert worked in a number of roles in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne, including Deputy Director of the National Farmers Federation, Government Relations Manager for the ANZ Bank, Policy Adviser in the Prime Minister’s Department and corporate affairs director for Goodman Fielder Limited.
Robert also worked for five years as Economics Writer for The Australian newspaper in the Canberra Press Gallery and as the newspaper's London correspondent.
