Mr Tim Costello AO
Chief Executive Officer, World Vision Australia. From 1995-2003 he was executive director of Urban Seed, a Christian not-for-profit organisation that provides outreach services and hospitality to the city's street people. Tim was ordained a Baptist Minister in 1986 and was elected as mayor of St Kilda in 1993.
Mr Don Henry
Executive Director, Australian Conservation Foundation. He has served as a Commissioner with the Australian Heritage Commission, President of the Australian Committee for the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and the Moreton Island Protection Committee. In 1991 he was awarded
a Global 500 Environment Award from the United Nations Environment Program. From 1989-1992 he was the Australian Director of World Wide Fund for Nature.
Ms Wendy McCarthy AO
Wendy has held a wide range of executive positions in both the public and private sector, including stints with Family Planning NSW, the Heritage Commission and the law firm Price Brent. She has been deputy chair of the ABC, she is chancellor of the University of Canberra and is a corporate director of the Sydney Harbour Casino.
Ms Katie Lahey
Chief Executive, Business Council of Australia (BCA) since 2001. The Business Council of Australia is an association of Chief Executives of 100 of the top Australian companies. Before joining the BCA, Ms Lahey as the Chief Executive of the State Chamber of Commerce (New South Wales) from
1995-2001, Chief Executive of the Sydney City Council from 1992-1995 and Chairman and Chief Executive of the Victorian Tourism Commission from 1989 to 1992.
Ms Barbara Livesey
Barbara is the CEO of Reconciliation Australia (RA), having joined in November 2004 as the Chief Operating Officer. Before joining RA, Barbara was a consultant providing training in public policy development; strategic planning, corporate social responsibility and issues management for
government and non-government agencies. Barbara has held senior management positions across state and federal governments and has been a senior adviser to former Federal Ministers and the Treasurer. She has a strong interest in social justice, Indigenous affairs and community-government
relations.
